Our Tool Room of 15,400 square feet houses five #6 Cincinnati 50 HP milling machines, a 15 ton overhead crane and other precision machines.

Since 1967 we have continued the tradition of building skilled craftsmen through the State of Ohio Tool and Die Apprenticeship program. To the right is one of our apprentice die makers operating one of our Moore #3 jig grinders.

We now have three CNC machining centers. An Okuma MCVA-2...x=180" y=60" z=18", a Monarch 150B...x=76" y=36" z=44", and a Oerlikon KN3 X=48" Y=32" Z=32" Currently we are using Surfcam Build 38 with full 2D/3D capabilities. We have just implemented the use of CAD for use in all of our tool designs and building.

We also have three high precision dual column German and Swiss jig borers. One with a 48" x 62" bed and two with a 42" x 62" bed.

Our Tool Room employees are displaying a view of a finished 40,000 lb. die that runs 42" wide material for an child restraint system.
