Our CMM has a 30" cube capability and operates Open DMIS software with (DCC) direct computer control. We can perform 2D/3D reverse engineering. Our CMM is calibrated to meet all requirements of ISO/IEC Guide 25, ANSI/NCSL Z540 and ISO 17025.

Our Engineering Department uses Catia software, but we can still "hand draft" up to 12' darwings. Most of our engineering is in full CAD format. This enables us to give our tooling customers copies of all the die details and assemblies in electronic format. TARGET="TOP">
