With the use of CAD and CNC machining our highly innovative staff enables us to design, build, run and assemble complex parts made from stainless steel, ferrous, non-ferrous and other alloys. We are diversified in providing quality products for the automotive, electronic, safety, appliance, aerospace, military and other industies. Our die designs include the prototyping and construction of deep drawn, line, compound, single hit, secondary and other complex progressive dies.

Our CMM has a 30" cube capability and operates Open DMIS software with (DCC) direct computer control. We can perform 2D/3D reverse engineering. Our CMM is calibrated to meet all requirements of ISO/IEC Guide 25, ANSI/NCSL Z540 and ISO 17025.

Our Engineering Department uses Catia V5 software. Most of our engineering is in full CAD format. This enables us to give our tooling customers copies of all the die details and assemblies in electronic format.

Our tool room utilizes the latest "cutting edge" technologies in CNC, CAD/CAM together with the most advanced materials, coatings and processes to aid in producing some of the worlds finest tools available.
